Refund Policy

Minijobhub follows a clear and fair refund policy to protect both clients and workers while maintaining platform integrity.

1. General Refund Rules

• All payments made on Minijobhub are final and non-refundable unless explicitly stated in this policy.
• Refund eligibility depends on job status, service usage, and verification outcome.
• Refund decisions are made solely by Minijobhub administration, and the admin’s decision is final.

2. Deposit Refunds

Deposits made to Minijobhub wallets are non-refundable once:

• The balance is credited
• Any service, job posting, or membership benefit is used

Proof of payment is required for all deposit-related refund requests.

3. Job Posting Refunds (Clients)

A client may be eligible for a refund if:

• The job was not started by any worker
• No submission was made
• The job was canceled by the admin due to policy violations
• If a client requests a refund for a valid job posting, a certain percentage will be deducted, and the deduction rate will be determined by the admin..

A client is NOT eligible for a refund if:

• Workers have already started or submitted work
• Job instructions were unclear or incorrect
• The job was approved and completed successfully
• Job violated platform rules

4. Membership Fee Refunds

• Membership is a one-time payment
• Membership fees are strictly non-refundable

5. Withdrawal Fees & Urgent Withdrawals

• Withdrawal fees, including urgent withdrawal charges, are non-refundable

6. Abuse & Fraud Cases

Refunds will not be issued if:

• Account is suspended or banned for violations
• Fake submissions, multiple accounts, or abuse is detected
• Terms and Conditions are breached

7. Refund Request Process

To request a refund:

1. Open a support ticket
2. Provide transaction ID and details
3. Submit valid proof

Admin review time: 3–7 business days

Minijobhub reserves the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice.
